Return & Refund Policy

30-day return window
Contact us within 30 days of receiving your item to request a return. For a change-of-mind return, items must be unused, in their original condition and original packaging. There is no restocking fee.
How to request a return
Email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. Please obtain return authorization and the return address before sending the item. Our return address is ndnnkyn, 41 Rue Du Boschet, 77320 La Ferté-Gaucher, France.
Change-of-mind returns
You are responsible for return shipping when you change your mind. Returns go to France, so international return shipping costs apply to U.S. customers. You may use a suitable carrier of your choice.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us with your order number, a description and photographs if available. We cover applicable return shipping for our error, damage or defects. The ordinary unused-condition and original-packaging requirements do not prevent a claim for these issues. After reviewing the issue, we will arrange an appropriate refund or replacement.
Refunds
Where an item needs to be returned, we inspect it after receipt before approving the refund. Once approved, the refund will be returned automatically to the original payment account within 10 calendar days. Contact us if you need help with an approved refund.
