What are the tissue holders made from?
Marble-pattern resin composite with a matte finish. They are not natural marble.
Will my tissues fit?
Compare your tissue box or loose tissues with the internal dimensions on each product page. Choose Boxed tissues or Loose tissues before adding to your cart. Compatibility with every tissue brand is not guaranteed.
How do I refill and care for the holder?
Open the sliding base to refill. Wipe the resin body with a soft cloth; use mild soapy water if needed and dry promptly. Keep the sliding base dry, and avoid soaking, abrasive cleaners, heat and dishwashers.
Where do you ship?
The 50 United States and Washington, D.C. only. We do not ship to U.S. territories, APO/FPO/DPO addresses or P.O. boxes.
What does shipping cost, and how long does it take?
All orders receive free standard shipping. Handling is 1–2 business days; transit after dispatch is an estimated 3–4 business days, for approximately 4–6 business days total. Business days exclude weekends and U.S. federal holidays. The cutoff is 7:00 PM fixed GMT−06:00, without daylight saving adjustments. Orders at or after cutoff start processing the next business day.
Can I return an item?
Request a return within 30 days of receipt. Change-of-mind items must be unused, in original condition and original packaging. Obtain authorization first. Change-of-mind returns ship to France at your expense; there is no restocking fee.
What if my item is damaged or incorrect?
Email your order number, issue and photographs if available. We cover applicable return shipping for our error, damage or defects and arrange an appropriate refund or replacement after review. Ordinary unused and packaging conditions do not prevent these claims.
When are approved refunds processed?
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment account within 10 calendar days. Where a return is needed, the item is inspected after receipt before refund approval.
What currency and tax amounts are shown?
Prices are in USD. Checkout shows tax at $0.00; this is not a statement that the products are legally tax-exempt. Review the total before authorizing payment.
